About Liz Cooper
Liz Cooper is the Eastern Region Sales Director of Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard - holding an Advanced Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers which she received in 2008 and have subsequently sat for the Master's Examination on many occasions.
Liz began her career working within the restaurant industry in Chicago and then in North Carolina - as a server, bartender and general manager - as well as owning and operating a small catering company. Her work inspired her love for all things food and wine. In the late 90's, Liz moved on from restaurant work to distribution, owned a small distributorship, then worked with importers and directly for wineries, with a short six-year stint running a large, multi-store retailer. Liz has always enjoyed the marriage of wine with food and having the opportunity to work to showcase their skills with the boutique wines is one of the highlights of her position.
